- Next, let’s prepare the ingredients. Start by mixing the breadcrumbs and milk and set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Grate the fresh parmesan cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Italian sausage with breadcrumb mixture, onion, garlic, egg, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix to combine the ingredients.

- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
