  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, grated garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
