In a frying pan, over medium low heat, combine the the broccoli florets with coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and water and mix well. Cover with a lid and let steam for 5-7 minutes or to your desired crispness.
Once done steaming, remove the lid and turn up the heat to medium and sauté the broccoli until slightly charred and all of the liquid has evaporated.
Serve over rice with your favorite stir-fry dish! Enjoy!
