Simple and Delicious Stir-Fried Broccoli

This easy stir-fried broccoli recipe is crisp, tender, and full of flavor! Made in just 15 minutes, it's the perfect healthy side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, over medium low heat, combine the the broccoli florets with coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and water and mix well. Cover with a lid and let steam for 5-7 minutes or to your desired crispness.
  • Once done steaming, remove the lid and turn up the heat to medium and sauté the broccoli until slightly charred and all of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Serve over rice with your favorite stir-fry dish! Enjoy!
