Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats blended
  • 4 tbsp PB fit powder
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 100 grams melting dark chocolate wafers or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blended oats, pb fit powder, water, peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add more water if the mixture is too dry.
  • Press the mixture into mini muffin tins, leaving room on top for the chocolate.
  • Melt the dark chocolate wafers. Spoon the chocolate onto each peanut butter cup. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If the peanut butter mixture is too dry, gradually add water until it is your desired consistency.
  • If you want to skip the PB Fit powder, replace with equal parts creamy peanut butter.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 1 month.
